Mopar Chrysler 440ci/450+HP Long Block - Specs.

Block: Chemically cleaned, Oven Baked, then Stainless-Steel Airless Shot Peened to Remove all remaining Paint & Rust. Visually Inspected, and Fully Magnafluxed to check for cracks. Cylinder Bores Blueprint Bored and Decks Index Squared to the Mains, w/ a Rottler F68A CNC Machining Center. Cylinders then Honed with torque-plates, w/ a Sunnen CV-616 Automatic Cylinder Hone Machine. Block is then de-burred, Modifying Oiling Galleys when needed, and then pressure washed. Durabond one-piece cam bearings and Pioneer Brass Freeze plugs installed, now ready for Assembly in our 'Clean Room'.
Crank: Airless Shot Peened, Performance Index Ground Factory Crankshaft, Micro Polished, with Chamfered Oil Holes.
Rods: Factory Steel Connecting Rods, Airless Shot Peened for Strength, Resized with New ARP Performance Rod Bolts
Pistons: Keith Black HyperEutectic
Rings: Speed-Pro Plasma-Moly
Bearings: Federal Mogul Performance Main and Rod Bearings, Durabond One-Piece Cam Bearings
Core Plugs: Pioneer Brass Freeze Plugs
Heads: Cast Iron with 2.140" Manley Intake Valves and 1.810" Manley exhaust valves, Valve Guides HP Bronze, Machining: Performance Serdi 5-Angle Valve Job.
